It’s all about Pie today – 

Creamy Lemon Meringue Pie

  • 3 eggs separated
  • 1 -14oz can condensed milk
  • 1/2 C Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon grind
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tarter
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 graham cracker crust ( from the store /or you can make one)

In a bowl –  Beat egg yolks,add milk,lemon juice & rind. Pour into crust.

In another bowl mix- egg whites,cream of tarter until foamy. Add sugar & beat until stiff. Spread on top of pie to the edge of crust. Bake at 350 until brown about 15 minutes.
