Parlange  Seafood Casserole :

  • 4 lb shrimp cooked/peeled
  • 1 1/2 lb crabmeat
  • 6 cups brown rice cooked
  • 31/2 C onions chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bell peppers chopped
  • 6 tsp Worchester sauce
  • Creole seasoning, hot sauce ,olive oil

Mix ingrediants together. Pour olive oil on top. Bake at 350 degrees in a covered cassoeole dish for 35/40 mintes. Remove foil cook additional 5 mintes.
