Baked Fish with Tomatoes Sauce

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 C chopped onion
  • 2 16 oz cans tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teasp thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 ponds red fish /snapper
  • salt & pepper to taste

Make sauce =fry bacon in skillet. Remove bacon add onions (wilt) ,add tomatoes (mash) let cook add parsley,thyme,bay leaves,chopped bacon. Let thicken & taste adjust seasoning.

Fish – Season and rub with butter. Bake 15 minutes in oven at 400 degwww.specialfoodrecipe.com-Tomato-Fish2rees.After down place on plate & cover with sauce.
