Coffee Cake * Bread maker recipe

This Thursday : It’s Coffee Cake  made in the Bread maker-

  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 teasp salt
  • 2 1/4 c bread flour
  • 2 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Place in the correct order for your bread makes. After made place in a 5×7 greased pan .Place topping on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Glaze with topping.



  • 2 Tablespoon melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 sugar
  • 1/2 Chopped nuts


  • 1 C powered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon butter/soften
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Mix together in small bowl % drizzle over.

King Cake’s are just large cinnamon rolls – so instead of the glaze . I let cake cool & decorate with green,purple and yellow sugar. Enjoy
