PI Day Recipes
- 1 pkg of lime Jell-o
- 2 small containers of Lime yogurt
- 1 8oz low fat Cool Whip
- 1/4 C boiling water
- 1 purchased graham cracker crust
Dissolve Jello in water add in yogurt . Stir in Cool whip & pour into pie shell. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Sugar Free Strawberry Pie
- 11/2 C Water
- 2 t cornstarch
- 1 pkg sugar free strawberry gelatin
- 4 packets of sugar substitute
- 3 C sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 purchased pie shell
Cook Water & cornstarch until thicken . Remove from heat. Let cool slightly add gelatin & sugar. Fold in strawberries & place in pie shell. Chill.
