Ambrosia Salad Recipe
On the table this Easter : Ambrosia Salad
This is just one recipe – but you can change with what fruit you use for your family. Enjoy!
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (2 oz.)
- 4 navel oranges
- 2 (12 oz.) grapefruits
- 1 cup green or red seedless grapes, halved (6 oz.)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows (2 oz.)
- 4 maraschino cherries
On a sheet pan -toast the coconut for a 8-10 minutes @350. Take out and let Cool. In a large bowl peel & cut up fruit -with the juices. Add rest of ingredients & toss in coconut. Chill – can be served with pound cake or alone.
