Today I bring you a great holiday Bread recipe -perfect for the Fall season. Don’t you just love the smell of baking bread. Pour the batter in small holiday loaf pans -bake & wrap. Makes great gist for friends and family or work mates.
Pumpkin Bread
- 3 C sugar
- 1 C oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2 C pumpkin
- 31/2 C Flour
- 2 t salt
- 2/3 C water
- 1 C nuts or dates (if you want)
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t nutmeg
- 1 t cinnamon
- 2 t pumpkin spices
- 2 T vanilla
Direction :
Mix sugar & oil-add egg and vanilla Mix. Add dry ingredients and water .Add pumpkins & Nuts or dates.
Grease loaf pan and pour. Bake at 325 for about 1 hour.
