                 Net Galley Review : I will be the first to say I am a home cook but not really much of a baker. Too many exact measurements ( like Che misty class)  and recipes that must be followed. . So I was glad to get the chance to read this book in time for Christmas baking. This book is perfect  for anyone wanting to learn more about baking  the author gives great recipes ,hints and suggestions  in clear instructions to succeed in baking.  It has inspired me to get to baking for this holiday season.   Lisa
