Monday recipe is to feed a crowd at Mardi Gras . Marinated Barbequed Chicken wings:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1/2 C red wine
- 2 tsp dry mustard.
- 1/4 C fresh lemon juice
- salt,pepper and garlic to taste.
Disjoint 35-50 chicken wings. Place in a flat pan and pour marinate over wings. Let stand at least an hour. But in a warm oven set at 250 and cook 2-3 hours.
