Lisa’s Life weekend update :

Happy Saturday !

We had a busy Good Friday but had to move most of it inside because of rain . But everyone has a great time and plenty of good food…Lisa

Today I am working on some Easter /Passover food for Lunch tomorrow at Mom.

Brown Butter Asparagus
  • 2 lb fresh asparagus
  • boiling salt water
  • 6 T butter
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Wash and trim fresh asparagus . Cook in boiling salt water till tender. Drain. Make brown butter by melting butter in a saucepan until slightly brown and stir in nutmeg. Place asparagus in dish and serve with brown nutmeg butter
