Today I am working on some Easter /Passover food for Lunch tomorrow at Mom.
- 2 lb fresh asparagus
- boiling salt water
- 6 T butter
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Wash and trim fresh asparagus . Cook in boiling salt water till tender. Drain. Make brown butter by melting butter in a saucepan until slightly brown and stir in nutmeg. Place asparagus in dish and serve with brown nutmeg butter
