
If it’s Friday in Louisiana during Lent then it’s Seafood on the menu : Today’s recipe is a simple casserole you can make in one dish or individual shells or buttered ramekins. Lisa
Crab and Shrimp Casserole :

- 3/4 C chopped green pepper
- 1 C diced celery
- 3/4 C chopped onions
- 1 C Cooked Shrimp
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1 C bread crumbs
- 1 C cooked Crab meat
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- salt, pepper,Creole seasoning to taste
Grease a casserole pan or ramekins. . Mix all ingredients together except butter and bread crumbs. And Place in casserole dish and top with melted butter and bread crumbs tossed for a topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Or until hot and bubbling.
Serve with toasted french bread and aside salad. Enjoy
