Today on the menu Fish two simple and esay way :
Basic Broiled Fish
- 1 lb fresh fish fillets
- 2 lemons
- 1/4 c melted margarine
- salt,pepper and creole seasoning
Cover with foil a baking sheets. Slice a lemon and place on pan. Place fish on top of lemon slices and brush with melted margarine, seasoning and lemon juice. Broil fish for 8 to 14 minutes or until done.
Basic Oven Fried Fish
- 2 lb fish fillets
- 1 Tbs of salt
- 1 C milk
- 1 C dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 C melted butter
Combine salt and milk and dip fish in mixture. Then roll them into the dry bread crumbs. Place on a greased baking pan and drizzle with butter. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish is done.
