
Its National Bannana Day and I am celebrating in my kitchen with cake.
- 21/2 c Sugar
- 2 sticks soften margarine
- 3 c flour
- 11/2 tsp soda
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 6 ripe banana, mashed
- 2 c chopped pecans
- Pinch salt
Cream together eggs,margarine and Sugar. Add bananas. In another bowl mix flour,salt and Sugar. Add slowly into wet mixture and mix well. Add nuts. Pour batter into well greased angle food cake pan and Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
