Little Red Riding Hood” is a European fairy tale about a young girl and a Big Bad Wolf. Its origins can be traced back to the 10th century to several European folk tales, including one from Italy called The False Grandmother. The best known version was written by Charles Perrault

Making Basket :
Supplies
2 sheets of construction paper (2 different colors)
Scissors ruler,glue or tape
Direction:
1. Now your child can fold the base color of construction in half vertically and use the ruler to create several lines, about an inchapart, that go from the fold to just about an inch from the edge of the open edge of the paper – and are an inch from the outsideedges of the paper.2. Uses scissors to cut along the lines, which will become the loom for his woven paper basket. 3. Use the ruler to create several lines on his other sheet of paper, about an inch apart, creating long strips touse for weaving into his basket. You can also use one for making his handle!4. Now weave using an over and under pattern fill the sheet. Cut edges and glue in place. Fold the woven sheet in half and tape or glue side to make basket. Add Handle and you are done….Lisa


Big Bad Wolf

Supplies
- paper plates
- brown tissue paper or paint
- construction paper
- glue
Direction :
Tear tissue paper in small squares. And glue to paper plate. Cut out eyes ,ears and nose out of construction paper and glue on.
