Triangle is a simple music instrument in Cajun music which the area is famous for. Alligator is common in the neighboring swamps. But also good to eat.

I’d heard that it’s good to eat. When I was in Singapore I’d find it for sale in the frozen food section of the supermarket. I think they imported it from Australia. It was always a bit of shock for me to see it alongside the frozen fish & shrimp. 🙂
