So Let’s Gather :

• 1 Acetate scrapbook sleeve
• tissue paper in colors
• Heart design, marker and scissors
  • Sparkle Mod Podge

Direction:

Tear up the tissue paper into small pieces. Then trace with a marker a heart design . Layer tissue paper and Sparkle mod podge and let dry. After drying cut out shape and place a hanger to let the Suncatcher catch the rays….
