New Year : New You

Welcome to Tuesday’s on my blog. I named Tuesday Health and Beauty but it’s a pages dedicated to Health for the New Year and improving ourselves in the New Year. That might be a New beauty product , a new healthy attitude or a motivational post . So Read on:

Goal setting for 2022 :

  1. Exercise more
  2. Lose weight
  3. Get organized
  4. Learn a new skill or hobby 
  5. Live life to the fullest
  6. Save more money / spend less money
  7. Quit smoking
  8. Spend more time with family and friends
  9. Travel more
  10. Read more

Despite the best of intentions, once the glow of a fresh new year wears off, many people struggle to make good on their plans. According to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology, only 46% of people who made New Year’s resolutions were successful. That means over half of the people who set a goal for the new year will fail!

Bullet Journal : January

The bullet journal system, or “bujo” for short, is a planning and productivity method created by Ryder Carrol. Bullet journaling helps you organize your thoughts and tasks and intentionally plan your schedule.

In your bullet journal, you can log tasks, events, and notes in short-form sentences — aka “bullets.”

You can quickly capture thoughts and tasks as they occur to you throughout the day. The point is to get ideas out of your head and onto the paper. That way, you can relax and not worry that you are going to forget things.

My Goal of Drinking more water :

A truly strong habit has been formed after these 30-days. … However, the general view is that it takes at least 21 days to build a new habit successfully. It’s much harder to successfully go through the initial phase of 21 days when you don’t have a clear goal or challenge set for yourself
