- 16 oz baked beans
- ▢½ cup ketchup
- ▢¼ cup light brown sugar
- ▢2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ▢1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ▢1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- ▢½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ▢¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ▢4 hot dogs (sliced into small pieces)
In a large saucepan, combine the baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
- Cook the sauce over medium heat until it starts to simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sliced hot dogs to the saucepan, making sure they are submerged in the sauce.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan with a lid. Cook the franks and beans for about 10-15 minutes, or until the hot dogs are heated through and the sauce has thickened.
- Scoop into bowls and serve immediately.
