Welcome to my Easter Egg blog hop : Today I am sharing a fun and easy way to dye Eggs. So gather the kiddos together and lets have fun……
Supply List :
- Vinegar
- Boiled Eggs
- pan
- Food coloring (gel works best)
- Shaving cream
- Cover for the surface and paper towels
Step 1 : Soak your eggs in vinegar for 10-15 min. before starting. I n a pan spray the shaving cream and the drizzles some food coloring on top. With a tooth pick spread the dye into the shaving cream making designs.
Time to Roll : Dry eggs off and roll into the mixture making sure you go through the food dye. Let set( about 10 mint) in mixture. and rub off excise cream.
Let the egg dry ! If you want more color repeat the steps. You can also place sheets of white fabric or paper and it will also pick up the colors.
Worried about the Kiddo’s use Whipped cream or topping.
- 1 large can or large tub of extra-creamy whipped cream or whipped topping such as Cool Whip
- GEL food coloring
- Desired amount of hard boiled eggs to dye
- Vinegar
As above spread topping and gel dye in pan. Then place Eggs in a bowl with Vinegar for about 2 minutes (coating all sides) . Then place in pan to day and let sit about 10 minutes (brighter colors ) Take out and wipe clean.
