I am celebrating Pecan day with this sweet treat :
- 1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
- 3 T sugar
- 3 T Parkay margarine
- 4 (8 oz) Cream cheese
- 1 1/2 C dark brown sugar (packed)
- 3/4 C Pecans
- 3 T flour,4 eggs,2 tsp vanilla
Combine first 3 ingredients and press into a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Combine in a mixer – cream cheese, flour and brown sugar. and add eggs in to mixture one at a time till mixed well . Then blend in pecans and vanilla. Pour over graham cracker crust and bake at 350 for 4o minutes or until done. Chill and serve with a drizzle of Maple syrup.
