This Friday I am pulling out the cookbook and sharing a family favorite recipe :
- 1 C of sour cream
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 C cream style corn
- 1/3 C oil
- 11/2 C white cornmeal
- 3 Tbs baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 T bell pepper
- 2 C chopped jalapeno
- 1 C grated cheese
Mix all together except cheese. Layer butter and cheese with cheese on top. Bake in a 375 oven for 3o minutes.
