Leftover Easter ham ? Make my ham casserole for dinner tonight. Lisa
- 3 Tbsp of chopped onion
- 1/4 c green pepper
- 1/4c cooking oil
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 11/2 c milk
- 11/2 c diced ham
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 can biscuits
Saute onions and bell peppers in oil. Add milk and soup. Cook until thick add ham and lemon juice. Mix and pour into greased baking dish. Place biscuits on top bake for 15 minute at 450 then turn down to 425 and bake another 10 minutes until biscuits are done.
