Good Morning Thursday Foodies !!
May is Barbecue Month ! And if you read my post we are big Barbecue /Grilling fans here. My hubby does it year round in Louisiana and always a hit. But Today : How about some side –
Grilled Sweet Potatoes :
- Pre Cook Cleaned Sweet potatoes until tender in Microwave.
- Cut into wedges
- Toss with Oil & Seasoning
Grill, turning once, until nicely marked.
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Whisk the syrup with the mustard. Brush the potatoes with the glaze and turn a few times to caramelize.
* You can also toss while hot brown sugar /cinnamon too.
