It’s all purple,green and gold :

According to mardigrasneworleans.com, Rex selected the official Mardi Gras colors in 1872. The 1892 Rex Parade theme Symbolism of Colors gave meaning to the colors. Purple Represents Justice. Green Represents Faith. And Gold Represents Power.

My Door Wreath :

Using an old wreath. I wrapped bought Mardi Gras decoration ( Walmart ;from above) around the wreath base . With Ribbon and Beads it makes for a great front door wreath . That’s faun and easy. Lisa

My sister always decorates her mantel and sideboard : with candles and beads and party runner.

This chipboard one can be used on the door or on the wall . I painted mine brown (like wood) and decorate with Mardi Gras trinkets.

Fun way to use beads anytime of the year:

I buy these plastic empty ornaments at the Dollar store and after Christmas fill them with beads for table decorations.
