There’s a modern day mystery afoot, one that hinges on a decades-old murder. Verity isn’t above questioning the living, or the dead. But can she discover the truth before the killer finds her?

What a cute book. Verity Long is a typical Southern belle – a mansion she inherited and no money. Why? because shes paying off her Almost mother in law. Since she cancelled her wedding to the town golden boy . And to get the money she will do anything even chase ghosts at her almost brother in laws.
Great fun to read -with fun characters .Keep me turning the pages and laughing out loud. Looking forward to this next book in this fun series. Lisa
