Slow Cooked Meat loaf



Meat loaf

2 lbs of ground beef

2  pieces  of crumbled bread

½ c milk

1 egg

¼ c of chopped onion, celery and bell paper

1 teasp. Garlic (chopped)

1 teasp-Italian seasoning blend

1 teasp Worchester sauce

Small can of tomato sauce – for top of Meatloaf

Soak    crumbled Bread in milk and eggs – Add the rest of ingredients  to form  a loaf. If needed you can add bread crumbs to hold loaf together. Place in the slow cooker and cover the top with tomato sauce. Cook meatloaf Low for 5-6 hours or High for 3 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.

A family favorite cooked in the slow cooker. I will never cook it in the oven again. Lisa
