Southern Deviled Eggs
Boil eggs is water.
Peel and Cut eggs in half.
Remove Yolk. (Mix Yolk with mayo,dijon mustard sweet pickle relish and season with salt & Pepper)
Fill Eggs with Yolk mixture. Can decorate with pimento /or red paprika

After cutting eggs in half – dye with food color. Let Dry and fill with yolk mixture. Perfect for your Easter table decoration.
New Way to try them? How about with tomato sauce –
Baked Stuffed Eggs
After filling the eggs set a side.
Cook onion and green peppers in butter until soft. Add 1 can of tomato sauce and 1/2 can tomato paste -add a 1 Cup of water and Cook on low for 20 minutes.
In a baking pan -place stuffed eggs and pour tomato mixture over eggs. Sprinkle with grated cheese and Bake. Bake at 350 about 20 minutes.
