What is ground Meat?
Ground beef, beef mince, minced beef, and minced meat (not to be confused with the mixture of chopped dried fruit, distilled spirits and spices referred to as “mincemeat“), is a ground meat made of beef that has been finely chopped with a large knife or a meat grinder. It is used in many recipes including hamburgers and spaghetti bolognese. In some parts of the world, meat grinders are called mincers.

Ground meat is labeled with fat content – highest fat content, about 25 to 30%, since it is cut from the trimmings of inexpensive cuts like brisket and shank. Is regular ground beef its the least expensive form of ground beef, and while it has the most flavor, it will shrink the most when cooked due to the high fat content. This ground beef is the juiciest and most flavorful. But you can buy other types depending on the fat content.- Chuck ,ground round and sirloin based on fat content (and will very in price)

For the Grill
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic using your hands. Form the mixture into 8 hamburger patties.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done.
