Family Favorite Recipe

This Friday I am pulling out the cookbook and sharing a family favorite recipe :

  • 1 C of sour cream
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 C cream style corn
  • 1/3 C oil
  • 11/2 C white cornmeal
  • 3 Tbs baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 T bell pepper
  • 2 C chopped jalapeno
  • 1 C grated cheese

Mix all together except cheese. Layer butter and cheese with cheese on top. Bake in a 375 oven for 3o minutes.
