Happy M and M Day !

And Today on my Food Blog this fun Halloween cookie made with Halloween M and M’s. So make a batch for you favorite little goblin -this Trick a Treat season.

• 1/2 cup butter softened
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup packed light brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 3.4 oz box vanilla pudding mix
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup mini chocolate chips
• 10 oz Mini M&M’s
• 1 cup Halloween M&M’s
• Candy Eye Balls

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Cream butter and shortening. Add sugar and Eggs and Mix well. Whisk together flour, pudding mix, baking soda and salt. Mix well and stir in chocolate chips. Scoop dough level using a medium cookie scoop. Press the ball of dough into the bowl of mini M&M’s, so that candies coat the top part of the cookie dough ball. Place several regular sized M&M’s onto the top of each cookie Place ball on cookie sheets and bake about 12 minutes.
