
It’s Palm Sunday, and I am making this for our family dinner.

- Beef tenderloin
- 1/2 c peppercorns crushed
- Bag of small potatoes
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 c butter
- Crushed garlic
In a roasting pan, place tied roast and surrounded with potatoes cut in half. Season meat with butter, oil ,garlic, and peppercorns. Roast at 475 for about 25 minutes. Or center reads 120 degrees on a meat thermometer.
