
It’s Thursday & today Let’s Tailgate :
- 2 lb Italian sausage (bulk)
- 2 lb ground meat
- 2 large Onions (chopped)
- 1 C be;; pepper chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed
- 2 8 oz can of tomato sauce
- 2 can tomato paste
- 1/2 C water
- 2 jars drained sliced mushroom
- 1/2 C Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t rosmary
- 1/2 t oregano
Loves of French brad & shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions :
Brown ground meat and sausage -Drain. Wilt onions and bell peppers & Place in slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low until ready to serve.
Serve Hot individually on a bun with cheese at the tail gate party or Make ahead the Stromboli and place on French Bread with cheese and heat / slice and wrap in foil -ready to serve at the event . Lisa
