Today on My Craft Table addition : I am crafting with things from nature. Using found things in our yard this fall : So spend sometimes outside gathering supplies and get crafting.

Recycle Wrapped present :

I love wrapping presents in old paper grocery sacks and decorating with things from nature . Giving it a rustic look. This flowers is silk with bulk cinnamon sticks and burlap. Wrapped with kitchen twin.

A twig Picture frame :

What to make this great picture frame. I

Need :

  • dollar store frame
  • Hot glue gun/glue
  • twigs to cover frame and decorations.

You can use any size frame that you like. Best to pick one with a slightly wide frame. Layer your found tigs and glue as need -overlapping the corners. Finish with something decorative on the corners. You can cover over things to like candles and jars.

Pinecones Decorations:

My yard is filled with pinecones and I love using them in creative ways’ Having a winter party or wedding? This is an easy and inexpensive arrangement to make. The hardest thing is finding a clear vase – then gather up pinecones ,branches and lights. Decorate with glass ornaments.

Pinecone Bird Feeder

My family makes these every year for the birds outside. I Glue a stick or dowel to the top of the pine cone then tie your twine tightly to a pine cone . I .use peanut butter to cover the pinecone and dip in bird seeds. But you can use other things like

  1. Suet or lard, softened.
  2. Vegetable shortening, such as Crisco.
  3. Sunflower seed butter, such as SunButter.
  4. Coconut oil.
