Today’s recipe is a family favorite that can be made ahead and cooked at any time .
Pork Chop Casserole
4 pork chops
3/4 c Rice
1 tomato sliced
1 bell pepper sliced
1 onion sliced
1 can beff bouillon
In a casserole dish place rice in . Then brown pork chops and place on top of rice. Place sliced onion, pepper and tomato on top of each pork chop . Add the can of beff bouillion . Cover and Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. But you can also leave in refrigerate and bake later.
Serve with favorite vegtables and bread.

We are enjoying family time and a bowl of Sunshie sherbet :
11/2 c sugar
3 c water
Juice of 2 : lemon and organes
1 can crushed pineapple
1 jar of cherries cut up.
Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Let Cool and add juice. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze. Enjoy.
