Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge
In a 4 Quart Pyrex measuring Cup
1/2 C white Karo syrup
1 Cup sugar
! C raw penutes
Cook on high 4 minutes – Stir
Microwave another – 3 minutes
Stir in -1 tsp Vanilla
1 Tb;s oleo
Microwave for 1 minute – Add 1 tsp baking soda – Stir
Pour into a buttered dish & let set up.

You need a heavy sauce pan .
2 -1 ounce unsweetened chocolate squares
2 cups of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup milk
5 Tablespoon of white Karo syrup
Heat to a soft ball (235 degrees)
Remove from Heat
-Add Butter
Cool slightly and Beat till stiff
Add Nuts & vanilla
Can be dropped on Wax paper or poured in a buttered dish to set up. Lisa
