Thursday Recipe & Food Post : Crock pot Pot Roast salt,pepper & Flour Roast. Brown in a skillet on both sides. Place in Crock pot - with Stock,onions,bell pepper.celery . Worcestershire sauce and carrots Cook 4 hours & then add Potatoes ( cute in cubes) .Cook Low another 2 to 4 hours. [...]
