Today Recipe fro m me is Mom’s Potato Salad

5 medium potatoes

peeled and cubedWater

6 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped

1/2 cup thinly sliced onions

1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles

1 teaspoon prepared mustard ( Yellow)

1 /4 C finely chopped celery

1 cup mayonnaise ( Hellman)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain and chill. Add eggs, onions,celery and pickles; toss well. Stir in mustard, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.

We start fights in our family about Potato Salad -everyone has a favorite kind or what ingredients they add. But Me Classic and Chunky where you can see the ingredients. Lisa
