
My Grandma made biscuits every week in my kitchen. Tomorrow is National Biscuits day and I found this in Grans recipe box.
Whipping Creme Biscuits

1 1/2 C self rising flour
1/2 pint whipping cream
Directions:
Mix flour and cream until well blended. With butter hands form ping pong size dough balls. Place on a baking sheet and bake @ 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
They can also be frozen on the baking sheet and then place in ziploc bag.
