Welcome to the last Sunday of September. And I finish the month with Mom favorite meal to serve to company. Sunday’s Pork tenderlion.
- Pork tenderlion
- Salt ,pepper and creole seasoning
- 2 T oil
- Trinity ( cut up celery, onion and bell pepper)
- 2 C beff stocks
Season tenderlion and brown in oil on all sides. Place in baking pan and with vegetables. Cover with stock . Cover and Bake at 375 for 30 minutes and un cover and bake another 30 minutes. Check with meat Thermometer ( 155 tenp) .
