Did you know that Violets is the February flower. My Grandma taught me about African Violets here’s mine

February’s birth flowers are the violet and primrose. While many relate red roses with February thanks to Valentine’s Day on the 14th, the violet is actually the February birth flower. This purple-hued bloom is a symbol of modesty, faithfulness and virtue

African Violet Care tips:

  1. Light. Bright, but not direct sunlight. …
  2. Soil. A well-drained potting mix is essential. …
  3. Water. Keep soil moist with warm water and strive for high humidity. …
  4. Temperature and Humidity. Do not allow to fall below about 60ºF. …
  5. Fertilizer. Feed with an African violet fertilizer every other week.
