Mardi Gras : Shoe Box floats

Mardi Gras : Shoe Box floats  at Melville Library will roll at 2pm. Come join the Krewe and let’s party ! Lisa

Shoebox parade floats allow children an opportunity to use their minds as well as their arts and crafts skills, as they create the parade of their dreams.

How to make a shoe box float :

Supplies: 

  1. Shoe box
  2. Construction  paper and Glue 
  3. Decoration 
  4. Need Riders : army men or small toys 

Then decorate for Saturday Contest at the Library! 

The theme : Books
