Why on My Shelf:
This is my first novel by Katie Fforde. As a new author to me I had no expectations going in. I was in need of a nice relaxing break from my usual type books and this did the job perfectly. I enjoyed this story with its look at real life with all the relationships that can become messy at times. I also enjoyed the craft and art of weaving as well as the baking that was showcased in the story. Fans of drama with people who are like the us will enjoy this story too.
