I love making bread. And there’s so much in here and the cookbook is cleanly set up – black font on crisp white with homey photos of seriously appealing loaves, rolls, biscuits, quick breads, crackers, Yorkshire pudding and popovers, pizza crust, muffins and scones, bagels, pretzels, dumplings, ending with the gift of doughnuts and other fried treats. There’s even a section for gluten-free. Like I said, a lot. And, bonus, the vast majority of these are already vegan or easily veganized .Cant wait to use some of these recipes Lisa
