I live in a small town in South Louisiana. And so we have a Volunteers Fire Dept that does a wonderful job. But to raise money for Extra’s the Fire Dept holds an annual BBQ in May. Today it’s all about Uncle Lenard’s BBQ and his Special sauce. May is BBQ month -so enjoy… Lisa

Uncle Lenard’s BBQ : Pit master
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Heat up and blend. Use on meats and add to beans.
