I love my Crock Pot. And after reading many post about Crock pot meat loaf -I gave it a try a while back. And I will never cook it another way. So here’s my version for Thursday Food Post.

I make my Meatloaf – with ground meat. seasoning. eggs,Worcestershire sauce ,bread crumbs and eggs to bind it. Mix well. ( You can use your own basic recipe) . Spray Crock pot and place in bottom -sliced onions & bell pepper. Place your formed meatloaf on top and make a grove in center top of meat loaf. I use a ketchup and BBQ mixture on the top for a glaze. Cook on low 6-8 hours. ( Middle should read 160 degrees with meat thermometer. Enjoy Lisa
