Seems fitting during Easter I would post a rabbit recipe – they can be farm raised or fresh .

1 rabbit cut into sections

Marinade overnight :

  • 1 t salt
  • 1t pepper
  • 1t  garlic powder
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 2 T white vinegar

Next morning : In a baking pan place 2 T oil add rabbit in marinade and Bake for 1 hour in 450 degree oven. While baking prepare sauce.

Sauce

  • 1 T kitchen bouquet
  • 1 lg can mushrooms
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 T parsley
  • 2 T bell pepper
  • 2 T green onions
  • 1/2 C white wine ( you can use broth /water)

Pour over rabbit & cook until rabbit is tender.   Lisa
