One of my favorites ways  to serve with Wine – My Cheese Wafers;

10 oz sharp cheddar /grated

11/4 stick margarine

1 t Salt

1/2 C Chopped Nuts / very fine

2 C flour

1/2 t cayenne pepper

 

Melt margarine and cheese. Add rest of ingredients and Mix. Make small balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with Fork before baking.  Bake at 359  for 20 minutes
