This month we are breaking out of my regular prompt selections and trying something new. This idea was shared with me by my friend Liz Lamoreux after I reached out to her asking for some new prompt inspiration. She suggested a variation on a book called Yes Day by Amy Krause Rosenthal. The concept is simple: what if we had one day (or afternoon, or morning, or evening, or even just an hour) where all we did was say “yes” to our word? I love this idea and think it will be a really fun way to connect with our words in August. Ali Edwards
