Today I am sharing a great chocolate cake recipe – Perfect for Valentine but good at anytime too . My Recipe
11/2 C butter
11/2 C Sugar
2 C Flour
1 box chocolate frosting mix
2 C Nuts
Cream butter- add Eggs one at a time and Mix,Add Sugar in and beat to fluffy. By hand fold in rest of ingredients. Pour batter into a greased Bundt cake pan. And bake at 350-fur an hour. Let cool and remove from pan. Serve with chocolate glaze or alone,
3 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 package (10 oz., about 40) JET-PUFFED Marshmallows OR 4 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows Food coloring (optional) 6 cups Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® cereal Canned frosting or decorating gel Assorted candies
1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Stir in food coloring (if desired). Remove from heat.
2. Add KELLOGG’S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated.
3. Using butter spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool slightly. Using cookie cutters coated with cooking spray cut into desired shapes. Decorate with frosting and/or candies. Best if served the same day.
