ABC Muffins

My ABC muffins use A (applesauce) B (banana) and C (Chocolate . Happy Grammar Day : Enjoy/

  • 3 large bananas
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • unsweetened applesauce (recipe calculated using applesauce)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Mash bananas,add sugar and eggs . Add apple sauce and Mix. Add the dry ingredients and Mix. Fold in Chocolate chips. Prepare muffin tins and fill 3/4 from top. You can also bake in a loaf pan for bread.

Bake for 18 – 20 minutes at 375
